The Fog
I wrote this while reflecting on my own life at one point ..... the fog was the cloudyness in my life and the sun is what burned it off.... At this point in my life i opened my eyes once the fog had cleared, I have had a very diffrent out look on life from this point on.
“Fog”
Blankets that cover a peaceful lake, a beautiful river bottom
Suffocates a small pond, hides a beautiful field,
Swallows roads in darkness, fog is thick, fog is stubborn,
It has cold mist and cast dark shadows,
It is overtaking at times,
When fog is heavy it covers things of beauty,
Hides things of true meaning,
Fog is no match for the sun,
It will always burn the fog away with intense light and Warmth
Always having intense love and warmth,
Will keep the fog from settling upon your heart,
Using your heart honestly everyday will keep you clear
And in no fear of the fog.
