Posting your Birthday in the Master Calendar

This is a request from Me (Lee) to have everyone who wants to enter your Birthday in the Master Calendar.

I have placed many of the users in a group called "Calendar Edit".  If you are in this group you will see a menu item in the INFORMATION Menu too the left called "Calendar Edit".  If you are not in this group and you want to add your Birthday you still can do this and I will then add you to the group. 

To add your birthday to the Master Calendar you can do it in several ways.  First way is to go to the Master Calendar, link on the top menu, and "Add Master Event".  The second way is to click on "Calendar Edit" menu option in INFORMATION and click on "Create New".

Now you are in the Calendar Edit screen.  The event will be posted like this, Title "YOUR SCREEN NAME (your age) Birthday"  Example: LeeGoldsmith's (68) Birthday

Event Type: Birthday

Put in the same date for Start and End Date and check "All Day". 

Last put in a Description for your birthday, such as "I am getting too Old"

Then after your birthday passes you can edit the entry and change the Age and Year on the Start and End Dates.

That should do it if you want to let everyone know how old you are.  Any questions post a comment to this story and we will fix you up.
