Nice to see the new members. I hope they keep coming .  I really am looking fwd to hearing and seeing what they have to offer.

Last I heard from Bobby he was all caught up legislation to try and work on protecting and preserving the river systems in response to the Irene disaster.  I think he is probably quite busy there, as we all know politics will kill ya if you let em and I think he's thinking he's going to change something in this world.  God bless him for that, but the world is full of idiots and common sense aint so common these days, so the road will certainly be rough!

You going to try out your new 5 wt Mike ?  Keep us informed. Lots of pictures of the them Canadian trout are expected. Tight lines.

He T-Bone how are things going up there with the after effects of the hurricane ? Are they still planning on straighting out the stream and adding levies ?  Lee , Zig have any of you noticed any of the mountain streams coming back at all ?

I haven't heard much about how Vermont's adaptations came along.  i know that despite Kype's perspective, many rebuilt right were their previous dwellings used to stand.  Which is too bad, because if it happened once it could certainly happen again.  Then what?  No one learned anything from the event.

If the insurance covered it, well, why not. They already own the land.  Give up any dreams about common sense my friend. It died a long time agoSurprised
