Caddis its a Massimo Boo . 4 wt 7'6" includes two tips. A Willow reel and silk line. A hand made leather rod case. Made in Italy. I will post pictures once I a get a chance to fish it.
Very nice Dave. All the best with it and ''tight silk lines''. Don't know about your weather but ours is looking good for part of the week I'll try to get out and wet a line. Let us know what you think of that silk line.

Caddis from what I am reading on silk line . It sure is a lot of maintenance but the performance will be well worth it . I can't wait to get out there and try it out
PS it's been in the low 80's high 70's for a week now. Calling for 77- 81 today depending what weather site or station you look at. . To dang bad I have to work all day once again.
That's one pretty outfit there Dave. The setup would get you a membership in good standing on Clark's forum that's how nice it is
That silk line is the berries but it's a PITA to keep maintained, least ways mine is for my 2 wt.
Good luck with the outfit buddy!
It will be a new experience for sure Koda . Looking forward to it though,
Hi Dave
Sorry to be a little late with a responce to your gift, it looks great, more photo's please and let us all know how it fishes.
Again congrates to a wonderful gift of Bamboo. When you get back east to fish I will have to show you the great mountain streams of the White Mountains that will be just the nuts for that rod.
See Yah

Thanks Lee. I would love to take you up on that offer
Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.
