Koda that lake is so full of that size lakers . Reports come out all the time of fish like that.  The fish were introduced by accident about 15 years ago.  Same with the pike . That lake was one of the best producing Rainbow and Brown trout lakes around until those fish were introduced.

Ah. Our Fishcops did a whammie like that on Newfound Lake which used to be the premiere lake in NH for Landlocks. Seems the "Scissor Beaks" weren't doing so well at catching the salmon so they put rainbows in the lake to sucker more license sales.  A very stupid move IMHO as it decimated the Landlock population. In the end, the "Beaks" can't catch the big rainbows either. For dudes in the know, rainbows over 7 pounds can be yarded out of that lake now but you have to pick your days. The vogue these days is to rip up the water at about 300 miles an hour with cigarette boats. When they do that gig forget fishing, it's like being in the ocean in a strong storm.

Now thats one fish I am glad was Catch and Keep.  When F&G introduces those fish into waters they change the water for ever, they really need to re-think some of the things they have done.  Sebago Lake is one good example of Lake Trout that should never have been put there.

Just My Two Cents.

See Yah
Thanks
