Nice flies..I do like the double butted cosseboom ..I shall have to tie a couple
for my own box..
P.S. I have not forgotten that you once referred to my bomber as a "Carter Bug"
Quarryville Cossebooms Stephen ....you know everything on the Miramichi has to have a Fl butt
Dave those are Buck Bugs in the next pic from the Bombers and are tied with deer hair, they are wet flies
Mike

LOL...Lee I had 2 spots left on my display board for the Dieppe show next week and didn't know what to tie, I'm burnt out, I threw these togeather to fill the gaps...I guess the would be a Silver Doctor variant
Dang Mike you have been a busy tier. Nice looking flies. I wonder if the were tied down to a size 12-14 what kind of fish one would pull in.

Believe I can cover that one Dave. Rainbows, Browns, & Brookies. But for the most part I use size 8 and size 10
These days I rarely tie anything below a size 8 David...although I have an order sitting on my bench for some size 10 Blue Charms....thats the limit of my down sizing though...LOL.....Buck Bugs are very effective for trout...I use size 4 in a 3399a mustad hook
Wow Mike that's some serious tying . Stephen has mentioned to me that buckbugs catch trout . I wish I were closer to you guys so you could teach me to tie them puppies. I really want to fish one in a deep pool I know some hog trout might be willing to engulf
I love to see the flies that people tie. It gives me ideas for things to try.
Thanks for sharing.. Oh and great work!
