I have not personably use one of these but at $85 for a full feature rotary vise it seems like a pretty good at least entry level vise if someone is looking for a rotary.

One of my dealers ties some 750,000 flies a year on these and he raves about them. On average, the reviews seem pretty good too.

Curious if anyone has first hand experience with them.

Update-Just found a brandy new one on Evil Bay for $73.73 with free shipping Big Grin

You sure that vise is only $85 !!!!!!!!!!!!

Sure seems like a lot of vise for that kind of money.  I don't tie much because of my hands but that may be something to look into.

Thanks for sharing and asking about first hand experience.

See Yah
Thanks
Lee

P.S. This may be an item that deserves a Mr. Quiggly

Yes Sir! $85 clams from Cabela's, less on Evil Bay as noted above.  I was thinking T-Bone when I saw it .

I recently ended up buying a bargain brand rotary vice in Kittery at the trading post.  I spent $65 I think and I am over all quite satisfied with it.  I've tied a lot of flies in it already.  I think I picked it up in early December.

But otherwise that was the vise I was going to order.  Because as you mentioned it is so affordable and has great reviews.
