 Here are some teaser pictures for the rod build.  I've got the wraps just about done.  Still waiting on a backordered rod dryer that should get to me mid next week.  If you can look past the loose threads and masking tape you can see where I decided to go with this.  Only thing left to add is some tipping on the ferrule wraps.  In case you're wondering, I've left the tag ends of thread that way I can do some last minute tightening prior to adding color preserver and thread finish.  I'll tighten and then trim them back just before finishing.
