The other Tom in NJ is heading back to the river in the morning. It's pay back time!  Will report as data comes in Mr. Green

Dang rain dance backfired . When we got to Maine and New Hampshire it rained every day but two. If only I could focus where the rain will end up. Looks like the salmon fishing is getting better judging from the pictures. Way to go Koda. Keep them photos coming. Dave V

Spoke with the man on the scene last night. Report is not so wonderful. The water is low, a foot or more below normal.  There was one run of Coho that came in the one week end he didn't make it to the SR.

He did manage to take a 28 pound King and a few other fish were landed but released as they were foul hooked.  All in all my friend is saying it's turning out to be an off season.  If they don't get some serious rain the steelhead and browns that follow the Kings in won't be in either.

The Kings coming in are on the clock and most are already the bad black color.

The one week end when my buddy in NJ didn't get on the river the coho came in. His boss was there and said you could walk accross the river on the fish that's how many were in. This video was in the Douglaston run.

The Coho and the Kings check out after they spawn. How tragic. What  the Hell was Mother Nature thinking on this one.

Koda the last post video was that this year?  Taken when ?  Wow the water is low, looks like they are having trouble getting into the hatchery. Headed up the first week in November hope the water comes up some. Just checked the water line 335cfs they could sure use some rain.
