Hi All

Here in the northeast, New England to be spacific we need rain badly and we are getting some today.  See the Radar to see how it is raining.  If you look after 2pm EDT then I suspect you will see nothing.  But up to that time we are getting badly needed rain.

Thanks

Lee

That's good news for you folks.  I hope we get rain and cooler temps soon.  Sundays 107 degrees fahrenheit was brutal.  Yellowstone could use the rain to put out a forest fire also.   Come on rains in September

Lee, it's been pouring here for two days and showers for the day before that. I wouldn't mind some more here and definitely some up in salmon country, they could use it.

Bill

Not sure if this is going to get to New Brunswick or the Gaspe or not.  It is a noreaster type storm so it could go right up the coast and go into canada for some needed rain.  Lets hope it does go up the coast.

Thanks

Lee

As of now we have gotten some where between 1 and 2 inches of rain in most areas of New Hampshire and Western Maine.  This is good rain because it has been raining for over half a day and has had time to seep into the ground.  Now if we can get a hurricane with not much wind and a lot of rain we will be setup for a great fall fishing season.

Thanks

Lee

I just checked the flow charts on USGS sites and most rivers that were almost dry are now running with lots of water, the mountain rivers and streams are in fine shape now.  The Saco wast at 200+ CFS yesterday now at 1090 CFS (Cubic Feet per Second) so it will now have good water for a while.  The Saco will come down in about two to three days and be at a very good fishing level by the weekend.  Hope this helps for anyone going fishing this weekend.

Thanks

Lee

Thumbup good to hear . Now Lee next thing you will be asking for is snow without being cold out.  Hurricane with no wind Laughing Out Loud By the way its about 94 today so far. Not a cloud in sight, Sure would be nice to have some rain to.
