Hi All

Working on a story of my fishing this last Sunday, had a good day on two small rivers, got pictures and I am working on the story to post soon.  Should be sometime in the next two days I will get it done.

Thanks

Lee

P.S.  Here is picture from that trip.

Bill I was surprised with the water temp of the Zealand River.  In the morning it was 58 degrees and later it got to 62 63 degrees, not bad for the summer we have just had.  The Rocky Branch was a lot warmer at around 68 degrees, but thats still is OK for these brookies.  I caught one hell of good fish in the Rocky Branch that was at least 10 to 11 inches and wild.  Tried to get a picture but missed.  Saw that fish come up from the bottom to take the fly, it was spectacular to see.  When you going to be able to do a day up that way??  I think the Sawyer will be perfect the month of august.

Thanks

Lee

Tied up right now doing things at home I should have already taken care of. Maybe 3rd or 4th week of August, we'll see. September for sure.

Good deal Lee looking fwd to the story

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.

I did more fishing this year than I had in many years past. Did best on the Peabody River near Dolly Copp campground and at Timmie's Bridge on the Ellis. Stocked fish, but still a lot of fun. Also a good day at Falls Pond on the Kanc. Pretty much struck out on the Saco and Saco Lake. The loons were doing much better on the lake than I was!

Good to hear from you.  Did not get out much this year.  We will have to do a better job of getting together next year.

Thanks
