Hi All

It has been a few days since I have taken a whack at anyone  or told a story....So here goes.

I have not been feeling at all well lately. Have not even added to my own site.. This is the time

of year that everything seems to go wrong for me. My old car refuses to pass inspection and the part

(motor cradle) is next to impossible to get. Therefore I am compelled to buy another old clunker.

Over the weekend I was trying out a medium sized car from a local dealer. About 5 miles from home

a deer ran out in front of me...Needless to say..It put a bad wrinkle in the car.

The grandson ruined my small digital camera so I went looking for a replacement. Came home with

a Canon EOS Rebel XS...More buttons and dials on the thing than in a nuclear plant.

Even my riding mower is broke...Doesn't affect me too badly....but puts a crimp in wifey's duties with all

that extra  work with the push mower.....I think it is time I went fishing.

Hope all is well with everyone.

Gramps

Happy Fishing and Tying

Stephen

Stiff upper lip buddy.  Things will all work out for you.  A day or two of fishing will surely help.

My situation is the same as you, lost the alternator on my car and needed a battery as well -- $650 and now I need brakes and sway bars as well as a tie rod end and alignment.  Needless to say I am in your boat as well.

Thanks

Lee

Sorry to hear that Stephen. I hope you get to feeling better soon. As far as the vehicle goes I understand completely. Just had to purchase one ourselves after the wife's went kaput.   Cheer up get out there and catch a mess of fish .
