Hello everyone!!  Thanks for recruiting me to what looks to be an excellent resource site....I hope I can contribute to an already well established group of world class tiers...  A little bit about me:

I am an extreme supporter of Spring Salmon fishing.  Though currently there is no Spring fishery for Salmon in Nova Scotia. However, I have made it my goal to help change this policy.  I was a commercial fly tiyer for a few years and "specialized" in Streamers... I use the term lightly!   I especially like tying tube flies.

Thanks again,

Peter

Peter

You are a Fry to start with then go to Parr, then Smolt, then Grilse, then the ultimate Salmon.  I think you have to have 100 posts to make Salmon.  You will get there in short order.

Thanks

Lee

Thanks K P. What part of N.S. are you from? I have a friend who owns a good chunk of land around the Mabou River area. I also fished the Margaree many years ago, nice area.  Keep saying I'll get back up there some day.
