I know this is called a fishing page. It seems fishing has slowed down
considerably. So what the heck is everyone doing at the present to
keep them from posting on the forum?. I am presently working in the
shop trying to build a china cabinet. Was supposed to be tying flies
by now but have found building glass doors a bit fidgley. Also trying
to print a book I downloaded from the internet..Turns out that I could
buy the book cheaper than buying the stuff required to print it and bind it.
On top of that my watercolor paints are screaming for attention. Add to
that my Grandson's school projects. I just have to many hobbies... Also
got a truck load of firewood this evening that needs piled.

Stephen

I hear you about fishing, have not been for about two weeks, need to get over to Sebago again before the fishing ends. Over the last few days I have had a new wood shed delivered and setup and yesterday they removed my old propane tanks and replaced with a nice new bullet tank across the driveway. Now I need to put the two cords of wood I have on the ground into the shed, oh my aching Surprised back. Also need to clean up the side of the house where the other propane tanks were so it does not rot on me Yawn. Also need to fix a mose problem I have on part of my house roof. Need to get up and use bleach on it to kill the mose before it rots my roof boards. Never any time to do any other things that are fun.Sob Story

Thanks
Lee

Ya fishing for me was bust this year. One thing after another came up. My wrist is not helping the matter and now I have an ache in my back that keeps coming and going . I think I am falling apart this year.
Hockey season is upon us here in Rapid City Go RUSH !!!!! my Fri and Sat nights are tied up with that. We love hockey me and the wife so that is good quality time spent together.

Yard needs lots of tending to and a renervation to the basement is in work also.
I really need to go fishing before winter sets in . Today will be close to 70 and tomomorow will be in the 70's would be good fishing for sure.

I need to hit the tying bench the fly box needs to be replenished . More to follow wife wants me to help her with something Later Dave V

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.

Hi Ray
Are we to assume that skiing, snowshoeing, and shoveling snow
are not on your agenda?
Have a great Winter on the golf course...Take care.. Stay in touch....
and we will cast a fly or two together in the Spring.

I've been hunting for this big boy but he doesn't show up until after dark. Wish me luck there is only three days to go until the NB season is over.

Very nice photo Bill.

Did you take that or was it a set camera. In the states you can get into big trouble spotting deer in the night.

Thanks
Lee

The picture was taken with a trail cam. It's attached to a tree and is set off by a motion detector, just like sensor lights. The flash is infrared that's why the pic is on black and white. Day time pics are in colour. Just hunted the last three days of the season and never saw anything. Good thing that my nephew got that 5 point two weeks ago or we'd be totally skunked. Four of us were hunting that area and one deer killed so thats a 25% rate. Just had some deer sausage meat for supper and was it ever good.
