Paul
Good going, those are nice fish. Who's boat did you use, is it yours or your buddies?? Fly fishing or bait?? Either way those are some very nice fish. To get that many fish of that size range is great. That may be what I should do this weekend, I don't think the mountain rivers are going to be very fishable after tomorrows rain. May go to Parsons in Kennebunk and give it a try.

Lee,
It's my co-worker/buddies boat. It was too windy to fly fish. Caught them on white 9" sluggos.
Thanks for the report.
You may have given me an idea of what tp do this weekend.
Thanks
Lee
Wow now thats what I'm talking about. Great report and photo Mr Cava. Looks like all that rain you have received in the past month has brought the stripers back up your way. Good going . Heck it would be hard to focus on work when you them big boys are waitng for you. Dave V .
Dave,
Actually I think the rain has kept them out of the river up untill now. I've been out several times prior and had very little action. I don't think they like the flush of fresh water, not salty enough perhaps ??? Also that water has to be a little toxic with fertlizer, fuel oil who knows what getting washed down all the way from the White Mnts.
We went out again last night after work and had repeat of the morning. Had a another dozen 35 inch range fish brought to the boat. Was able to catch a couple small schoolies on the fly rod. The big girls didn't care to whack a fly.
Good luck Lee! Stripers are fun.
Paul-
Hey Paul I never looked at it that way. I know that it will be really good for trout pops this fall for you folks. That is if it stops rainning before the snow starts. Sounds like your having a great time with the stripers though.
Hey Lee I hope you get into them stripers .like Paul has for the past couple of days . Dave V
Hi Fish Carva
Any more pictures like that and you will find me standing on your
doorstep with a fishing rod in hand. I am definately green with envy.
A co-worker and I hit the outgoing morning tide before work this morning. We had an epic morning from 4 - 8 am
. Boated 15 fish all keepers most in the 32 -36 inch range. Caught my biggest to date at 40". It was hard to leave!

Rob looks at his watch and yells out it's 8am we gotta get going to make our 9:30 meeting but one more cast so he chucks it out there and I do the same. Bam he's on than bam I'm on. Had doubles to end the day.
Here's a couple we kept.
