Last Saturday we hooked up the water at my sisters cabin at Harvey Lake, and what a treat that is, inching along on your back under the cabin to shut off some valves and connect some pipes. Small price to pay to have the place to use for a month this summer, however as the cabin is slowly sinking and I'm not getting any skinnier, you get the picture. The old pump is a bit of a b#$% as well but we just keep it running, it's at least 50 years old and kind of like the energizer bunny. My brother in law helped me getthings hooked and mowed the lawn. We'll probably be going there this weekend as well to clean inside.

Sweet Bill . Good deal a place to get away from it . Enjoy. Dave V

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.

Hi Bill
You should have had Ray and I there to help. Only one
problem though. You would have had to jack up the camp
for us to get underneath. Big Grin

Stephen:

Please do not make that kind of rematk about my size. I am very sensitive. LOL

Took my Grandson Noah out for a casting lesson, ran into Lahave, Noah rose a big salmon 2-3 times, he was excited. He is going to a MSA fishing camp in August and is now very keen on fishing.

When are you back up to LSWM?

Bill, nice that you are young enough to be able to crawl around etc. Where is your crown reserve? and when?

Hi Ray
If you get Noah up to your cottage for fishing in July, he will
likely be an old hand at salmon fishing by the time he gets
to the fishing camp in August. Big Grin
My spies have reported not seeing any great run of sea trout
yet. Either I missed it or the run was minimal or non-existant, or way late.
I may get over for a couple of days next week. If not , it will be
late in June before before I get over for a prolonged period.
I know I have to show up some time as I still have to add another
dozen plants to your flower bed.

Don't come just for the plants, but they are appreciated.

Think I will go up tomorrow for a few days.

Ray, my crown reserve is on 21-23 Aug at the Adams Pool. It has been hit and miss the last few years with 07 being a poor run and high water to boot, and in 08 we had more fish but water was still a little high which makes the fish scatter and hold in locations that I've not saw before. Anyway if the fishing isn't good in the main pool then Rick and Laurie usually take to sitting on their lawn chairs on the picnic table putting a dent in the 60 pounder and letting me run up and down stream like a fool checking the pools. If reports aren't good then they just stay put. One of these years I'm going to fool them and send them in the wrong direction with false reports of huge numbers of fish in the furthest pools at the top of the stretch. ha ha
