On your windows machine do you get regular updates from MicroSoft?? You are not running a pirated copy of windows are you. Check the internet to see how to get rid of the beast. I think that may have been the virus that got me back in the fall.

Turned the computer on this morning and up came a screen
on Windows informing me that my anti-virus would not work.
Therefore I have had the virus sneak in on me. Luckily I run
Linux Ubuntu on my second hard drive, so it has apparently
not disabled my system altogether. Hope other site members
have not been unfortunate enough to have been invaded as well.
