Hey guys I've been having a hard time logging onto Stephen's site all day. Anyone else having a hard time with it or am I just being techno-challanged again.

I am still alive and kicking...BUT...the site is deader than a
doornail. It is now in recovery mode and it will take a couple of more days until I flip the switch.
I had finally decided to upgrade and when I pushed the button
all hell broke loose. I suspect most of my website landed in
goo-goo land(which was explained to me as being just out of sight on the other side of the moon)..In short, nothing is going
right....But if it comes to worse I think I have backups.(I hope)
When I started, I had enough hairs on each side of my head to have a baseball game(9 on each side)..The game has been called due to a lack of players..apparently several have been pulled. Big Grin

Stephen

What happened when you tried to upgrade?? After you copied over the new files you needed to run the install program and migrate, not upgrade. Your site now is GL 1.4.1 and you need to do a migrate. Did you ask over at GLFusion what you did wrong?? I beleive this should be a very simple move for your site.

We are back online...Not quite ready, but what the heck.
I will slowly get the bugs out. Still a few things not working
correctly.. This link should get you there if the redirects
don't. http://www.atlanticsalmonanglers.com/index.php
Give it a test run and see what I have missed(possibly a few pics from the gallery or something). Let me know what works and what doesn't so I can see if I can remedy it.
Thanks.

Ps..Check out my slideshow(if you are bored) Big Grin

Glad to see you back on line Stephen, The only problem I see so far is when you click on to the fies and such I get an error , same as when I enter chat. I like the slide show , Not sure how to post a new topic there yet but will look more into it. I am sure you are still working on it so I will check again later. Dave V
