An update on my computer problems at home. I still have not gotten my recovery disks from Gateway, they are backordered. So until I get them I am out of business at home. I am working this week so I will have access here at work to the site but I am going to take two weeks vacation starting this friday, so you may not hear from me in awhile because of my problem. With any luck I will get the needed disks by the end of this week but that may be wishful thinking.

My Home Computer is now working again. Will need some time to get it back in shape, but it is working and that is nice. A big thank you to Dan S. my working buddy who fixed it and got everything reloaded for me. Hopefully this will now allow me to think about some upgrades to the system very soon. GLFusion is going to be the software for the system, it is a hybrid of Geeklog and is very well maintained. The change over should be seemless and simple for me. I am just waiting for them to relise the newest version 1.1 sometime this Oct. I will inform all when this will happen.

Well done Lee....Glad to hear that you have the
home computer back up and running. Good luck
with the change over to GLFusion. Not being brave,
I will wait to see how you do before I attempt a similar
move.. Big Grin

Stephen

Take a look at Loon's Echo to see the new software. It is version 1.01 and I need to update this to 1.02 which is out. The version 1.1 should have more easy ways to configure the color and menus on the site so that is why I am waiting for 1.1 for Lee's Fishing Page. The instructions are easy to follow and it is very easy to do, but I would wait until 1.1 before you try it.

If you need help let me know.
