What do you mean you did not take the tying gear with you. You should have known that MURPHY's law would be in affect for you on the weekend.

We played lots of Cribbage and watched the hockey games at night on the tv powered by a 12 volt battery, but I sure was glad to get home B)
Mike Like Stephen said at least you got out there. Besides you had good company and it looks like some warm beverages. 
I was just drinking Ginger Ale all weekend....honest B)

Dave there was no driving to do we were 5 miles up the lake and couldn't get to the truck at the other end...LOL

Well I went on my first fishing trip of the year this past weekend. We had been planning it for about 6 weeks. Didn't get to do any fishing
Whithin an hour of our arrival at camp the wind picked up to 60 mph and it rained and snowed all weekend. We were located 5 miles up a lake by boat and couldn't even get back to the truck to end the trip early due to the wind and 3' waves on the lake
