Dave
Here in the northeast it is coming down nicely. Should be real good in about a week if we don't get any large rain in the meantime. I think the Saco will be very good around Memorial Day as it should be. First half of June should be great.
The Rangley area is a differnt story, still high in some places and fine in others, but Florida Power and Light do some strange things with flows they can control at dams.

Thanks for the reports Lee. The snow that we got has pretty much gone with the 70 degree weathe that has returned to us. . I think the overall ave was around 14 - 24 inches. This last storm brought up Pactola lake 2% it helped some. The streams have gone back down but we did get some good flows going while the snow was melting. I hope this cleared some of the silt off the bottom. They are calling for evening thunderstorms I am hoping we get a good down pour to keep things going for us. Good news they have closed the dam flow down holding back water to build the lake back up. They are releasing it at 15 cfs and right now going in its 50 cfs . So maybe the lake will come up even furthur with a good rain. The city has bought the water rights to the dam allowing for less flow for irrgation down stream. . This should be a win for the trout later in Aug.
Sounds good Dave, hope you get the rain today and tonight.

The storm last night never materialized, I think we have a 30% chance tonight.
Are the water levels coming down after all that rain and snowmelt last week ? With our recent rains and snow melt Rapid Creek has come up to a nice flow. I hope to get out and give a shot Sunday.

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.
