I would love to guide Dave V. on a salmon excursion...I know just
the right strip of ledge where one missed step and he will be able
to stand up and still drink from the river.
As to his fishing rods...Seeing as to the price he paid for them and comparing the size of fish he catches with them...Just would not be fair
to the rods to step on them before they have a chance to hook a real fish.
Stephen
Ouch !!! You know how to hit a man when he's down. . Do you guides know how to do rescue breathing Stephen ? If I would happen to slip into the river by means of sabotage that is.
There is a spot on the Dungarvan like that Stephen is that where you speek of??
Hi Mike
The spot I had in mind was at Harris brook on the Little Southwest.
It is actually one of my favourite pools....Not a dangerous pool, it is
just that the upper end deserves a modicum of respect...Especially
in high water.
Stephen
You know I kind of got the feeling Mike and Stephen are out to get me wet.
I was thinking of the Ledges pool on The Dungarvan, I love fishing that river. I also like the Little South West ....hell I like em all...and remember Dave its not a fish'n trip unless you get wet so get your arse up here some year for a trip
Hey Mike I would love to get up there and go fishing with you guy's The way gas prices are going I might have to walk or buy a horse.
I know what you mean Dave the price of gas is going to put a damper on most of my plans this year!!!
Dave V.
I can pick you up at the Presque Isle airport....Deliver you to the
Miramichi..Find you a small trailer to get you in out of the rain....
Maybe even feed you....Will supply rod and flies...Maybe even hook a fish for you...And guide you....But I do not know you well enough to
offer mouth to mouth if you fall in.
Stephen
Hey Mike I'm sure Stephen would love to take me fishing so he could make fun of me. I would be the first to land a Atlantic Salmon under 12 inches and there is no way I would let him within 20 feet of my rod's.
Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.
