I haven't yet been too busy but this Saturday for sure. Conditions are now next to perfect in southern NH. I have a gut feeling the stocking truck is going to hit my local stream this week. Was very lucky last year. Had a good week of fishing 2 minutes from my house before it was cleaned out.

Paul

Post a report if you do go, and post a picture or two if you get any when fishing. Hope things work out for you this weekend.

Way too cold and too much water yet for me to venture out.

I ended up taking my 6yr old daughter out worm dunking instead on Saturday. Didn't catch anything but it was some nice one on one time! We fished a local pond that is stocked with brookies for kids and is supposed to be for kids under 15. It's amazing how fishing for stocked fish brings the greed out of some folks. There was a group with one small boy @ 100 feet down from us on shore with their van pulled up right along the shore plucking fish after fish. Every one went right into the van. There were 3 to 4 lines in the water all the time fishing power bait with egg sinkers right of the bottom. The father and mother were the ones fishing not the kid. Come on people it's a kids fishing pond!!!! I could have brought out all the big cannons as well to fish but I have some ethics and I'm trying to show that to my daughter. Wasn't easy trying to explain why she wasn't catching anything with her cheapy Hello Kitty rod that only casts 40 feet.

Paul

Did you write down the licence plate of the van??? I would have and called F&G with it. There is no place in this world for people like that. If they want fish that bad go to the fish market and buy it. Does not teach the kids any respect when this happens. Just my two cents.
