Hi Guys,

First timer here.

Curious to know what your thoughts are?

This picture was taken by a neighbor who is not a fisherman a few years ago thru the ice. There is a swamp with a beaver dam and a small stream at one end of my neighborhood. The area is in the initial stages of development for 144 houses with the planning board right now. Nothing has been decided yet. One the ice clears I'm anxious to wet a line and see what I catch. It is not trout habitat at all but I know they can survive in some crazy places. The water shed is not connected to any stocked water bodies so if they are living in the stream they are wild.

Fish Carva

It looks like a white edged fin on the fish, a sure sign it may be a brookie. Also welcome aboard.

Yup have to say Brookie and looks like a nice on. Good luck when that ice clears. A big welcome to you. Dave V

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.
