Very nice Dave.
Is that a paper back book or hard cover. I don't do a lot of reading but this one sounds like it would be worth while reading.

Is a paper back it cost 12.95 . I got a kick out of a couple of stories and the charactors . Made me chuckle out loud a few times. Dave V
That looks like a fun read.
I just finished AJ McClane's 'The Practical Trout Fisherman'. This is a great book!
I'm currently reading two others:
Reed Curry's 'The New Scientific Angling", which I'm finding fascinating on more than one level--with the science of how vision differs with UVA and its application to fly fishing.
Ray Bergman's 'Trout'--what a true pioneer in how he discovered so many things on his own through trial and error and observation.
Great review, Dave! I'll be hunting this old book.

Hmm, I'll add these to my collection of reads as well.
Here is another book I just finished reading. Lots of laughs in this one. I know we have some guides here on Lee's site and I thought of them when I was reading this book by J.H.Hall . Its a group of stories written about some Maine guides and their competitve nature. Funny Stuff. Must read in my eyes. Lot's of laughs for sure

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.
