Hi everyone-

Originally from New England and moved out west to Colorado for 8 years and back to the midcoast of Maine this fall. I know its a bad move for trout fishing but family comes first. I have a lot of experience fishing in western CT, western MA, as well as most of Colorado Wyoming and Montana.  If anyone is thinking about heading to these areas I can probably be a resource.  From the preliminary research I have done it looks like I will be putting some miles on the car to get to some good trout fishing...I also tied commercially for Hunter;s Angling back in college for Bil H and then the new owner so I am an avid fly tyer.  I hope to learn a little about where to go up in this part of the northeast and hopefully meet some interesting anglers.  Bob

Welcome to the site. As Lee said the site is pretty much at a standstill for what ever reason. I to am from New England. ( Maine ) . Now living in the Black Hills of South Dakota. I hope to hear more about you and your fishing adventures..hopefully we can get things moving again. Dave V

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.
