I really need to learn how to tie the woodduck heron fly or order some for this fall . For some reason when I tie them they don't have the proper action in the water. (:

Decided to hit the bench tonight.. I noticed a major midge hatch below the spillway the other day. So I decided to tie up some Griffith gnats . Size 20 probably should tie up some size 22 to be safe. Still waiting for the Trico hatch this year but I am beginning to think it's not going to happen. Kind of bummed about that. Well anyways I will try and get some photos of the little bugs I tied tonight. Dave V
