P.S. Had to make a size change on your photo's, they need to be 560 wide. Use the Image button in the editor to do it real easy, you can change the size before it posts. Need Help just ask.
Thx for the write-up and pics. Beautiful spot.

I go places that you and many others drive by everyday. Often times, just a 10 minture walk can uncover much.
Is there any reason why they need to be 560 wide? They seemed just fine when I posted them origonally and had no other problems with the other online fishing forums I posted them on.

When you make them bigger then 560 the right side of the forum page over shots the right edge and is very annoying. The "Image" button makes it very easy to resize to fit the page. I get very upset when I go to FFinNH and someone has posted pictures that are 2048 pixels wide and you have to scroll back and forth to see the picture. Just Me.

Very nice and I do believe I recognize that spot.
i really need to get up to the mountain streams, you can only catch so many rainbows, been a slow year for me and brookies.
Was able to escape for a few quick hours this weekend, tried a few spots but most were either too crowded or too cold. Decided to try one last haunt before taking off and as soon the first cast hit the water a fish came to hand, a good start. Looks pretty easy going as you start out at least.
But before long you find yourself scrambling up rock piles and ledges and probing those deep holes.
Most of them held quick hitting fish, sometimes two or three. A dry/dropper rig again for today, an even 50/50 split on hookups between the two. It was fun seeing the fish flash the dry and then proceed to gobble up the nymph in the clear water.
Before I knew it, a few hours had gone by and I had run out of time. Time to start back down, getting kinda steep.
One last parting shot, got the sun about 5 minutes before it went down. A postcard farewell.
