What do you all feel about the Tenkara fad ?  I think it takes away from the art of fly fishing . Although the method is very effective I choose to stay away from the fad sweeping the fly fishing world.

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.

Dave I have to agree with you on this.  It is nothing more then dab a fly here and there and hope for the best.  It's meat fishing if you ask me.

See Yah
Thanks
