 At 24 seconds into the video there is a undrwater shot of a mayfly. Brought me back in time to when I would float some of my new dry creations in a glass of water and view it from the bottom of the glass. Gave me a fishes eye view so to speak and the think like a fish mentality. 

The body of water you fish, is not as important as knowing where the fish are in the body of water you are fishing!
