Dang Keith you have friends in the right places. Seams like a heck of a guy if he is willing to put out that kind of cash. So are you heading to Alaska with him ?

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.

I wish I was going to Alaska with him, he even tried to entice me with a discount ticket with his FF miles.  I just can't make the date work, my daughter graduates from collage that weekend....I'd have some serriously pissed off women if I went to Alaska.

Yeah he is a hellava guy.  He is self made and has no kids so he figures he will spend his money on family and friends and have a good time before he checks out.

I know a group of fellas that spent $15k a piece to drive into northern quebec get picked up n float planes and fish that same area.  It is said to be the best wild brookie fisherie inthe world. The outfitter they went with absolutely did not allow people to keep any trout.  Only Pike and well Lake trout you could have if you happened to get into them in the deeper bodies of water.

It looked like magnificent country up there.  The land to water ratio looked like it was somewhere around 50/50.  I guess the insect life there was so prolific it is difficult to breath with our a head net.  So that certainly bodes well for the trout populations.
