Headed for the Pemi tonight but before I even got there the sky opened up. A bagillion lightening bolts going every where. Figured I'd head to the river and wait for it to pass. Wrong! Big tree across the road, right on the power lines. The one time I didn't have the Husky in the truck or I'd have cut my way through

Last night I did a little rain dance joking around with the wife . Went to bed a awoke to the sound of thunder . Even better rain. I did the happy dance. Report to come on the fishing that resulted in the clouds that moved in. Lets just say fishing was absolutely phenomenal. Waiting for a couple photos from freind before post .
Just wanted you to know I caught 40 or so fish of this size on that emerger I tied and sent to you T-Bone during the swap. Other fly fisherman walking by mentioned to me you have zeroed in on them what are you using they asked . Before i could answer Jay my fishing freind would tell them. Jay was a bit frustated with me because he was casting right next to me and he was catching nothing . So i gave him a fly and he hooked up after a few cast and lost the fly . Was just one of those days for him.
Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.
