Hi Lee
According to the hydrographic data from Environment Canada,
the Little Southwest Miramichi at Lyttleton has raised a whopping
6 milimeters in the last three days. Not near enought to make much of a difference..
Stephen
Hi Lee
The recent rain has now resulted in a total rise in the Little Southwest Miramichi of one centimeter or approximately three eights of an inch.
An immediate rush to high ground will not be required.
Stephen
Stephen I was all ready to run for my floaties. Good thing you stopped me.
Guys
Here is an excerpt from an email that I recieved from an acquaintance who lives in Kingston Ontario, but who is originally from NB and has family here.
My Dad & Son are on the Miramichi since Sunday and they're smoking em.
On Monday, there were five fishing. they landed an 18lber and Dave landed
a Grilse, Tuesday Dave had 7 strikes, landed a grilse, lost a salmon at
the net, landed a 12 lber and lost another grilse at dark at the net.
The others are getting strikes and landing fish also.
Tuesday made the whole week anything else is a bonus.
Cheers
David
I just received this email on 03 Oct 07 So it sounds like the fishing is improving on the Miramichi.
Bill G.
Thanks for the update Bill !!
Thanks Bill
Nice to hear that.
Lee
Hey Stephen and Mike you need to get out there and get into that action.
No chance of me getting into anymore action on the Miramichi this year Next spring watch out!!!!
With any kind of luck I will be standing next to a pool on the
Little Southwest Miramichi on Sunday afternoon and Monday
morning
Stephen
Hi All
I was wondering if this new rain has gotten to the Miramichi and has it helped the level??
