Excellent Dave! Ole Skip is spot on. I have been accused of having a nervous tick when nymph fishing and I laughed when he said Strike, even if you think it was a fish Strike! Sometimes they'll smash a nymph but more times than not they sip it and the big trout are masters at spitting it out real quick.
That link was all good information for me. I will continue to visit there for everything from fishing to tying techniques.
