Do you use a whip finish tool or do you normaly use your fingers when finishing off your flies ?

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.

Hi Dave
I use a whip finishing tool for all my flies. I can whipfinish with my
fingers but it isn't pretty and my thumb usually jilpokes on something..

I , like Stephen, can also whip finish by hand but always use my whip tool because it makes for a nicer job.
Good question Dave Big Grin
