First time I see data like that. And it's an eye opener, for me anyway. No doubt those will bounce a nymp on the bottom. The larger beads really drop like rocks, almost a yard a second! Neat.
I have put the data into tables.

Question:
I know in air whether something is moving parallel to the ground or not, gravity has the same effect. Hence in theory if you shoot a bullet and drop one at that same time they will hit the ground at the same time. Does the water current have an effect on the drop of the bead/fly. I've always had it in my head that if you were in swift current you would need more weight to get down....
Thanks again,
-Nic
p.s. Lee, that chart looks GREAT!

Believe it's the Brook's Method that uses insanely weighted oversized nymphs in fast current of around 7 mph. More like high sticking pocket water but man the fish he got doing that gig. That's a little more than my comfort zone when you get waist deep in water like that.
know I sometime have had issues with beads fitting on certain hooks so I'm
going to throw this out there for some of you that need to know.
Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.
