I have just put up something new on the site. It is a Water Alert Block, which is on the left side of the page along with the Stocking Report. I moved both to the left side to balance the page a little better.
This new block should give you a lot of flexibility to see and get notifications when something changes on your favorite river or stream. Needless to say it has to have a gaging station for you to use this info. Use the block on the left when the screen comes up to select the state and water type you want, surface water will give you stream flow in gage height or Cubic Feet per Second. Go to the map and click on the stream you want to look at and a popup will show the current conditions. Click on Subscribe and another window opens so you can select what you want to monitor. After you fill the form in check the "I have read and acknowledge the Provisional Data Statement and Disclaimer" check box and press "submit". The program sends an e-mail for you to reply to to activate the subscription. That's it. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Ya this is pretty cool Lee. I had this as a short cut on my old laptop . . Thanks for adding it to your site . Dave V
Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.
