Hi All

Just to let everyone know that I got out for awhile today, but as luck would have it I got skunked.  Fished Hatch pond in Eaton with just a couple of hits but no fish.  Then tried the South River in Effingham, again no fish.  So I then tried the Little Ossipee river in Maine and nothing again, the river is very high and I think this may have played a part in no fish.

Sorry to say my luck so far stinks.

Thanks

Lee

The Saco is very high right now but by the end of the month, around Memorial day it should be OK.  I do plan a few days up on that river this spring.

Thanks

Good to see that someone is out on the water.  I wanted to get out this weekend but the weather ended any hope of that.  Winds were almost 70 miles an our .  A couple of light poles some trees didnt fair so well with some of the stronger gust.  I need to get out . I am still morning the loss of my dog and being stuck in the house isnt helping. So Lee did you notice any type of hatch on the water ?

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.

Dave

It was a little cold for and hatches, but the fish in the pond were coming up as they do in the spring, not sure what they are taking but usually a soft hackle works on them.  Did get a couple of hits but that was all.

Thanks

Lee
