Hi everyone,

I am Russ Madigan and I live in Litchfield Maine.  My wife and I moved to Maine 5 years ago from Alaska.  I lived there for 30 years, beginning with 4 years in the US Air Force and 26 years working for the local phone company we decided to move here to retire in a few years.  I have been fly fishing for the past 10+ years, but I have fished all my life.  I prefer to fish in lakes and ponds, using either my canoe, kayak or float tube.  Luckily I married a woman who enjoys fly fishing and usually catches more than I do.

If you see a silver Honda Element with the license plate YOOPR near the water, stop and say hi.

What's a YOOPR.... a YOOPER is a resident of the upper peninsula of Michigan.  I was born and raised there.

Welcome aboard Russ. Thanks for the intro and enjoy the site. I try to meet up with Lee at least once a year in the North Conway area. Maybe we can get a few of the others and fish for a day or so.

Welcome Russ!!!!

Some go to church and think about fishing, others go fishing and think about God.
