Summer is on its final stretch ,  Collage football is ready to start , Baseball playoffs in month.  I haven't done anything this year very disappointing. . The all mighty dollar has taken over my life. Work Work Work. The wife and I  on vacation in two weeks and we have no set plans. I have to do a much better job of planing next summer. Life is to short and it is passing by to quickly and unorganized.  Today is our anniversary and she works days I work nights go figure  I haven't got any wood for the winter I better get on that soon. Off on Friday heading to eye doctor vision isn't what it used to be all part of getting older . Can't complain about that .  Maybe I should call in sick and head to the stream .  Dave V

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.

Dave

Your description of the year is very much like mine has been.  Little fishing and all kinds of doctor appointments.  The good thing is that the tremore I have is not Parkinsons so that is good.  Now I need to get a blood pressure med that I can tollerate so that can be in check.  The first try was going good until I had an allergic reaction to it, going to the doctor tomorrow to see what he has come up with for me.  When Earl (hurricane) passes then we will get into some better weather and maybe I can go fishing again.

I hope everyones summer was good and better then mine and that the fall is great for all of us.

Thanks

Lee

Typical summer as far as I'm concerned. Now comes fall the best time of the year as far as fishing goes anyway.Fishing

Bill I didn't forget about you! When are you coming up north???

Some go to church and think about fishing, others go fishing and think about God.
