Dave
I want to see pictures and a report of some good fishing. May the Fish God smile on you.

Didn't catch to many fish but had a great day Saw some really nice fish jumping clear out of the water for some stoneflies. Got to see a nice buck in summer velvet and pretty doe in her summer red hair . A Bald Eagle gave a nice scream and a Big Blue Wing Heron stalked some fish from a tree. My friend Jay posted some pictures of me casting on facebook I am not sure how to retrieve them to post on here
Nice pics Dave, beautiful out there.

OK Dave
Here is the 64 dollar question, did you catch any trout on this trip. That sure is a pretty river to not have cought at least a few fish. Please let us know.

Ha Ha Lee ya we caught a few small Brook Trout . All wild by the way. As soon as Jay sends me the photo's he took of me I will post them. I think we would have caught more but the clear skies and crystal clear waters made these fish very spooky . I would love to get out there on a cloudy day. I think this would increase my odds to catch some of the 16 inch Brook Trout I saw taking giant stone flies.

Pray for clouds and no rain.

A little sprinkle would be OK maybe cool things off a bit. Alright I am picky
Packed up ready to go waiting on my ride. Heading out to Castle Creek to try our luck at Brookies. May the fishing Gods be kind. A nice little ride through the Hills and a 2 mile hike to get away from the tourist and with any luck some wild Brook Trout .
Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.
