At the camp on Harvey lake the chub are so hungry all you have to do is stick your finger in the water and they will come up and bite at it. While I was wading/swimming I was throwing bread crumbs into the water and they were all around me and one came over and started biting at my leg, I think there's some pirahana genes in there some where, thankfully they don't have teeth. The wife saw an osprey fly over her from behind the camp and dive right into the lake, right under water and come up with a fish and fly off. Kind of startled her. I've saw them hit the water pretty hard alot of times but I can't say that I ever saw them dive right under the water to get a fish. I'll be keeping my camera close and try to get some good shots over the summer.

Pretty cool Bill I saw one few years ago during the drought dive into the stream and pull out a nice Rainbow . That was a few yards from me . Altough I thought it was pretty cool . I was bummed because that was a nice trout being haulded away from a stream under great pressure . I guess thats the nature of the beast. Dave V

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.
