Lee, is 495cfs too much water for productive fishing at GLS? Seems that the water has been just rolling down there all spring, with much higher flows for much of april. We were going to hit big Oromocto lake and troll for LLS but my fishing buddy just had to bow out at the last minute due to his kid being sick. With the wind gusting to 40 KM's tomorrow thats a little windier than I like it when I'm out in the boat by myself. Anyway I'm flying solo tomorrow and I was just toying with the idea of taking a spin over to GLS, but if it's on the high side maybe not. I've always got a few secret honey holes to hit for brookies and the season seems to be at the right stage for them to be biting up here.

That flow is just about right for that river. I would say go if it were me. Fish the hatchery pool with small nymphs dead drift. Let me know how you do if you go.
