Glad your alive and well buddy. Things get slow when your not around.
Hi Dave
It is just as well that I did not know that you were headed south., If I had, then
I would have submitted a list of exotic feathers for you to collect for me.
But then again, if you went to the right bar locally you could find exotic feathers
being worn by a bird.
As you described the trip as a mission..I am afraid to ask....So I will patiently await
for you to post a trip report before I comment further.
I'm getting images of "Mission Impossible" DA Da DA La la la, LA la la or something like that think of the tune in your head and you'll get it. Dave did you marching order self destruct in 5 seconds. Ok ok enough I'll just lurk with Stephen until the story comes out.

OK I am back. I have been really busy and sick at the same time. I have a very bad sinus infection that worked its way into my lungs. Its been going on for about 8 weeks. Antibiotics didn't do much but my body finally started to kick in and fight the bastard. Man i have had no energy . Missed a ton of work.Off today and feeling much stronger. I haven't tied a fly in months haven't wet a line got to change that. I will work on a story on the mission trip I did with my family for our church. That was really cool . I built a block house. was my first time I laid block. I went through an earth quake. That was weird I watched a volcano shoot smoke out the top another first. I got to go on a boat and cross the deepest fresh water lake in the world. The temps were in the mid 80s was awesome. Got to eat fresh fruit right of the tree. Oranges ,limes ,bananas all kinds of fresh juices. I actually felt good there except for the sunburn, I did learn some Spanish. I got to meet Mi an Indians very nice people. Hard workers and very srong little folks.Got to ride on the bus from hell . cazy drivers. Well going to get some gub talk later Dave V
Hi Dave
Glad to hear that you are still in the original upright position......Up looking down
and not down looking up. Also sounds like you have a lot of fishing to catch up on.
DAVE
Good to see you back, sure has been slow without you. I am looking forward to the story of the mission you took. Fishing will start real soon here and I can't wait. Should be able to hit Alton Bay
on April 3rd for a while, sure hope the salmon don't move out early because the ice has been gone now for over a week.
Link to some camera shots where I fish in the spring. The Bridge and Gas Dock shots show where I fish from.
