Hi All

Went over to Sebago Lake Station today to see what was happening. The weather was cold and windy (Not always a bad thing for Salmon Fishing). Saw Steve S. a friend for a long time and he said the fishing was OK, fish are in on the beach but not as big as last year. So I gave the fishing a shot. Rigged up and tried several patterns from the Dock and saw no fish, but fish were being caught on the beach. So I proceded to put on the waders and down to the beach. First six casts and I rolled on fish that missed the fly. Later on a did hook a good female salmon, about 2.5 lbs and I landed her on the beach. Nice fish but the only one I got. Steve had at least 5 fish in the afternoon and others caught fish so all in all a good day.

No camera so no picture.

Thanks
Lee

Beats working Lee, and you caught fish. Must have killed you to put those waders on.

Nice . Going to be a very nice day might reach 77 . After the last few weeks the sunshine and warm temps puts life into a mans soul. Would like to wet a line maybe later today.Wrist is bothering me not sure how my cast will be. Glad you got out there Lee and wet a fly . Really good to hear you landed a nice salmon. Dave V

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.
