Went out today for a short trip to Rapid Creek , All went well until the downpour LOL



Above there was a nice little hatch going on and trout were rising to the surface to sip in there meal.



Above Mother Nature removed a beaver dam . Not a trace of what once was a nice size dam . Our high waters washed it away late this spring.



Above little Brown caught before the rains came.



Above nice rainbow caught just as the down pour started . Me and the dog took cover under a big pine tree after landing the fish but we got soaked to the bone anyway. Laughed my butt off . Rain Jacket about a hundered feet away might as well have been a mile. Loaded up dog and returned for dry clothes. Going back Thrusday will bring rain jacket as i walk the stream this time. Dave V
