All Members/Users are allowed to have their own Photo Album. You will need to click on the link at the top left of the home page to create this Album. Once this is done you can post pictures, create new sub-albums to this User Album. You will have a limit of 10 megs of disk space so use it wisely, you will be able to remove older photos to be replaced with newer photos if you run out of space. Also be aware that the downloaded photos are sized to 800 pixcels if they are larger then this, so you can download photos without resizing as you had to before. If you don't intend to have your own album, don't create it and leave it empty.
