Well with fishing season drawing to a close for me, blasphemy I know as you can fish here in NB until at least end Nov with the SJR being tidal water and the Muskies being hungry in the fall. But anyway I've been turning my attention to getting ready for the hunting season. Last weekend we put a new steel roof on our camp so now it's just a gleamin. This camp hasn't been used for a number of years so the inside needed alot of cleaning and attention. I uploaded some pics of the camp to my photo album. This property belongs to my two older brothers who now reside in Manitoba (both retired RCMP) so with myself being the only family mbr who moved back to NB, I'm looking after the place. We have 100 acres of woods, no waterfront bot we're not far from both Bog Mag Lake and little Mag lake. We started with cutting all the bushes within 20 feet of the camp and ended up hauling away 5 half ton truck loads of bushes. I'm looking forward to doing some hunting there this fall. We are also working on a permanent tree stand, but have just got the floor finshed.

Bill can you believe how fast the fishing season has gone by this year ? Nice camp by the way. Good luck on your hunting trips this year. Dave V

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.

For a camp that hasn't been used in a while it looks pretty good . You made a good choice with a metal roof , the snow will slide right off it .

I guess we're neighbours , I'm in behind Oromocto Lake on the Magaguadavic River . If I get my deer early this fall I'll have to try and hunt you up .
