Hi All
Went fishing again on Sat. I fished another pond (Falls Pond) and did nothing, wind was to strong. Then fished the Ellis river in Jacson below the covered bridge. Again did nothing so I went back to Hatch Pond and had so good fotune. I caught 10 brook trout like the others I caught two weeks ago. Will post some pictures later.

Good going Lee, I also went out for a bit but the water is high and muddy . So me and the wife went to the dam and the wind picked up and ruined that chance . I did get a few rises but never landed a fish. The wind was blowing so hard it would pick my fly line off the water and hold it straight out. Was still good to get out.

Those ponds you fish look great. Have you ever thought of float tubing in them? I have one and love doing it but it needs to be a day with little wind and we don't get many of them in this area. Mr. Green

Jake

Falls Pond would be great for a float tube but the wind was to much on Sat. Hatch Pond on the other hand is pretty easy to fish by wading. I have a tube but have never used it.
