I picked up my little girl in Hinkley and stoped at a few holes I fished back in the day. Only one produced and that was the big eddy in Cowtown. Triplet browns and I only took one picture becuse they would have been the same pic. I fly fished the spot with a few different flys and caught zip. Finaly I said Gulp? It worked.

13 and a half inches real pretty fish.I don't get to fish for them much so any one I get is a nice one. I am starting to get worried I will never fly fish again . But then I think late spring hatches forget about gulp untill next spring.

Old Hinkley Maine got kin folk there. Nice little brown Jake.

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.
